The Snorkeling Birds of Colorado
In the Summer of 2013 for unexplained reasons I began to place snorkels in the beaks of birds native to Colorado. These little birdies were flying off the wall of a local Mexican restaurant in Estes Park, Colorado. Unfortunately three weeks after their creation, not only did the Mexican restaurant flood, but so did the rest of the town and most of the front range of Colorado. Experts ultimately referred to it as a 100 year flood. Was the fact that I was equipping birds with snorkels before this event a coincidence.... most definitely, but still weird. Enjoy.
